Dave Matthews Band hiatus is officially over as they release a new song today called “Samurai Cop (Oh Joy Begin)”. This is the first of new studio material since 2012’s Away From the World. This is the first single off the upcoming ninth album entitled Come Tomorrow due out June 8. The track is very laid back as Dave Matthews reflects, “Let’s not forget these early days/remember we began the same”. Dave Matthews Band chose to record with several different producers, including John Alagia, Mark Batson, Rob Cavallo and Rob Evans for this album as well. Check out the song below.
