Moving forward can be tough, but singer songwriter LP is making it easier to say “Goodbye” with her new uptempo single. She sings “The loveless/the what’s next/the subtext is complex/And in the end we are all just having the same sex” It may allude to a former relationship, but one thing is clear: LP is marking her next record Churches (out 10/8) with an aura we have not seen from her yet. The singer has two billion streams under her belt. LP says, “’Goodbye’ is a blast for the soul. A spring cleaning to free myself and hopefully others from the shackles of my own mind.
