Island recording artist and Sweden native, Tove Lo, is set to release Queen of the Clouds on September 30, which features the single, “Habits (Stay High)”.  Tove Lo is a VH1 You Oughta Know artist and was selected by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of “10 New Artists You Need To Know”. The former My Chemical Romance singer, Gerard Way, is now paving the way for solo stardom. Way will be touring the U.S. in October and will be performing songs from his upcoming solo LP, Hesitant Alien. The LP will be released via Warner Brothers Records on September 30. SomeKindaWonderful is a new band on the horizon with an 80s sound, but don’t be looking for a synth band. The band’s sound is reminiscent of a Genesis-Journey sound. They just released the video for the single “Reverse” and the images are breathtaking. Highly influential dance-punk duo, Death From Above 1979, have finally revealed more details about their much anticipated new album, The Physical World, which will be released on Last Gang Records on September 9. The band is spreading the word about their Modern Accent EP, which was released in April via PaperCup Music. Arc & Stones have a retro 80s/90s retro sound that they are building upon with their release of their EP, As You Were, on June 10. The band’s New York roots crossover with a Nashville sound.
