Foster the People debuted on the scene in 2011 with the album Torches, which garnered the group two Grammy awards. The band is known for its dance infused pop rock that spans many genres.
Their follow up album is set to be released sometime this year and is said to be more organic. Mark Foster was quoted as saying that “This record still has the joy that our first album did, but it’s been thrown into a pit and forced to dance among wolves”.
