Boston-Buffalo based band The Push Stars are back. After a lengthy hiatus of side projects and solo careers, the melodic trio is ready to release their fifth upcoming new album and tour behind it towards the end of 2017. The Push Stars are Dan McLoughlin, Chris Trapper, and Ryan MacMillan.
The band’s last effort, Paint the Town, was released in 2004. Their song “Any Little Town” is a favorite of mine and anyone from Buffalo and Boston would definitely know it. Trapper, the lead singer of the band, grew up in Buffalo, while McLoughlin and MacMillan have the Boston connection.
