Americana/folk artist Boy Golden known for his hit “KD and Lunch Meat” a few years back that got spun heavily on indie radio is gearing up for what is, in my opinion, one of the best albums of next year. The anticipation is building for it too. Best Of Our Possible Lives will be released on February 13.

Boy Golden sings on the album’s lead single, the politically charged “Suffer”, “Prices go up but won’t come down” about the current climate of the economy but grazes on being present in the moment as well—which is a theme on the upcoming new album. He worked with some legends on this album including producer Robbie Lackritz, known for his work with Feist, and Pino Palladino, known for his work with Adele, D’Angelo, and Elton John.

We talked about his upcoming show tonight at Union Pool and more….
