Afro-Norwegian duo Nico & Vinz has been all over radio as of lately and getting many spins on VH1 due to their summer jam “Am I Wrong”. Well now the duo have finally put the final touches on their debut album entitled Black Star Elephant due out on September 16 on Warner Brothers Records. The duo are set to perform at Fashion Rocks live on CBS from Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center which will also see performances by Rita Ora, Duran Duran, Jennifer Lopez, KISS, Pitbull, The Band Perry, Usher, Pitbull, and Miranda Lambert.
Nico & Vinz hail from Oslo, Norway as grew up on their main musical influences: The Police and Paul Simon. They tap into pop, reggae, West African dance, hip hop, rock and soul. Please watch their video for “Am I Wrong” below.
